    The Lakes at Valley West

It is no secret that Bozeman is growing and with the growth in population we are seeing new neighborhoods, shopping centers and businesses coming to our “little” mountain town. So if you’re looking to move to Bozeman or currently live here and are wondering where you should buy your first home, next home or your family’s forever home, there are a number of fantastic neighborhoods to choose from and a number of factors to consider when deciding. What we have found with the new neighborhood developments, is that each neighborhood is unique in their own way and they all have something special to offer. However, one of my personal favorites is The Lakes at Valley West!

The Lakes have set themselves apart by creating a wonderful community that includes single family and multi-family homes that feel secluded but are so close in proximity to parks, shopping, restaurants, and the great outdoors. The neighborhood is connected by a unique trail system that surrounds the community’s two 6 acre lakes and connects you to surrounding schools and parks. The trails are perfect for early morning running, walking the dogs or for an evening stroll with your loved ones. Within the neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the lakes, a playground and a ton of open space with surrounding views of The Bridger, Madison, and Gallatin mountain ranges. This neighborhood was created to embody a comfortable environment for young families, retirees, singles and everyone in between to feel relaxed, safe, and welcomed.

If you’re interested in moving to The Lakes visit my current listing, here! This townhome was built in 2017, it offers an open floor plan with 3 beds 2 1/2 baths, an attached two car garage and views of the Bridger Mountains. This home would be incredible no matter which neighborhood it was built in but since it’s in The Lakes at Valley West, you automatically get to be a part of an amazing community with trails, open space, fishing in the lakes and beautiful views.
